Visitor restrictions at Tullamore hospital


There are suspected cases of the Winter vomiting bug at the Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore.

The HSE is asking people not to visit the Offaly facility.

Its says the virus is widespread in the community and people may unknowingly bring it into the hospital.

Only essential visits are allowed and infection controls procedures are in place until further notice.
