Laois' unbeaten journey in the Eirgrid Leinster Under-20 Football Championship finally came to a conclusion last night.

The O'Moore County failed to progress to the semi-finals after being beaten by Meath last night.

The final scoreline in Ashbourne was 4-8 to 1-10, with Jamie Murphy scoring 2-2 for Meath.
